Hey, I’m John!

I’m a web designer and developer from Cebu, Philippines.

I started freelancing in 2019, working on graphic design projects for local businesses. What began with logos, menus, and marketing materials eventually led me into web design and development.

Today, I work with businesses around the world, building websites, online stores, and custom systems that solve real problems.

I care about how a website looks, but I care just as much about what happens when someone uses it. Can customers find what they need? Is it easy to get in touch? Does the website make running the business easier?

Those are the questions I think about before I start building.

Years of designing, building, and figuring things out.

I’ve worked independently and alongside international teams, handling everything from website design to custom development. Each project has taught me something new about building websites that are useful for the people who run them and the customers who visit them.

- Designed products around real user needs, backed by user research.
- Prototyped fast so the team could test ideas and stay aligned.
- Took designs from wireframe to final mockup, responsive and mobile first.

My Toolkit

The tools depend on the job.

I work with WordPress, React, WooCommerce, and other tools depending on what a project needs. I don’t believe every business needs the same technology. The right setup is the one that works for your goals and is practical to maintain.
